What is REAP?
KITEL Reap is a combined initiative of Institutes and Individuals led by KITEL to provide cost effective, affordable and placement oriented upskilling programs, help to uplift the region and develop Industry Ready Resource as per the current requirements in the Industry related to Clinical Programming, Datascience and Ai.
This program is more than just an upskilling initiative—it’s a launchpad for ambitious individuals to step confidently into a thriving career in the clinical pharmaceutical industry.
Month 01 to Month 06
Phase - Learning
First 06 months of hands-on learning on Industry-Oriented Skills as per current industry trend with Tools, Methodologies, and Industry-standard practices
Month 06 to Month 12
Phase - Internship
06 Months of Project Internship on live projects, active involvement in real-world problem-solving scenarios with Kite-Ai Technologies Pvt. Ltd
6 Months of Intensive Training with KITEL and 6 Months of Internship with KITE-Ai
What will be the total Program Duration?
Eligibility Criteria to Enroll under KITEL REAP
Qualification
You must be a graduate or a post graduate in Pharma, Lifescience, Biotechnology, Microbiology and Science stream.
You must be a 2025, 2024, 2025 passout
MoU
Your college must have an active MoU with KITEL TalentWorks Pvt. ltd
If your college has not signed an MoU yet, please reach out your TPO immediately
Screening
You must qualify all the pre-joining screening including the PI.
You must be ready to sign the legal agreement after going through it completely and follow it throughout the program.

Hans-on exposure on multiple Real Life Industry Oriented Projects

In-depth learning and multiple CDISC domains with case studies
Project Management
Keep up yourself with updated project management skills, such as JIRA
What you will learn in 6 Months Internship?
End to End Career Readiness
Everything that you will need to know, learn, practise, apply to be a Clinical Trial Data Analytics, Clinical Programmer, SAS Programmer, R Programmer, Clinical Analyst and any relevant role in Database, analytics and data science. You will also learn Industry Standards like ICH, CDISC, CDASH, RWE, RWD, RBM etc.
6 Months Internship with KITE-Ai
You will also undergo a Intership of 6 months experience with KITE-Ai on Live projects along with work experience to give you the necessary exposure and preference over other merely trained candidates.
